David Grossman Hw

I kind a disagree with David Grossman. In my opinion, he is being a little too harsh about this. He say that watching T.V is reject old values and similar to soldiers in training. That doesn't make sense. Some of the kids learn things including old values through visual aids. So why watching T.V is reject old values? Also, he said that watching T.V is somehow similar to soldiers in training. Kids make their choice and watch T.V to entertain and relax. They didn't watch T.V because someone told them to watch it. However, I agree with his ideas about gaming is similar to military warfare. Some video games are just plain violate, everything in the games are just violated and inappropriate.  Plus, I agree that video games are teaching kids to like killing. There are some cases in Vietnam where kids play games and start to think like video games. They think that killing is normal think and didn't imagine about the consequences. As a result, they think that killing is the easiest way to solve a problem .... and their life started to ruin since then.
In conclusion, I think David Grossman is being a little too harsh about television shows. However, I must agree with him about video games.

Games!!!!!!!

I think twelve and thirteen years old kids can choose their own games as long as the rates and appropriate for their ages. Also, they must have their parents agreements. I think they can choose their own games because they have their own freedom and choices make consequences. If they decide to play a violate game with a lot of inappropriate scenes. It can affect their life and make them a bad person. And I'm sure that none of the thirteen and twelve kids want to be a bad person with a dark life. However, if they choose game wisely, the can learn more things about the society and the world around them. In conclusion, it's up to the kids what game they gonna play and what consequences will they take. So choose wisely kids!!
